Abstract

Case of a young man who kills his pregnant girlfriend by hitting her in the head with a rock multiple times. He admits to the crime, is found guilty of murder by the Königlich Appellationsgerichte des Ober-Donau-Kreis, and is sentenced to be displayed in the pillory for 30 minutes then beheaded.
