Abstract
In their second year of marriage, a husband is dissatisfied with his wife because she has not borne a child. He is open in his disdain of his wife and his relations with other women. He has told several people that either he or his wife must die. He stages a robbery then stabs his wife to death. He is arrested and confesses to the murder for which he is sentenced to death.
