Wohlverdientes Todesurtheil nebst einer Moralrede des Bartholomäe N., vulgo Tyroller Barthl., welcher auf höchste Anbefehlung des Churfürstl. Hochlöbl. Hofraths allhier in München heut den 25. May 1781 wegen seinen einbekennt räuberischen, dann die öffentliche Ruhe, und allgemeine Sicherheit stöhrenden Verbrechen zur Richtstatt geschleifet, und obwolhen er, zu Folge des neuerdings wegen denen so sehr überhandnehmenden , unmenschlichen Raubereyen, und Mißhandlungen ergangenen schärfesten General-Mandats, mit dem Rad bestraft zu werden allerdings verdient hätte, jedoch in Ansehung seiner gemachten freyen, und reumüthigen Bekenntniß, mit dem Strang vom Leben zum Tod hingerichtet worden. Abstract

The confession of Bartholomäe N., a 24 year old, single, Catholic who admitted to planning and participating in the robbery of a mill. He committed the crime along with several accomplices. They burst into the mill, shot an employee and brutalize the women who ran the mill. They ransacked the mill and stole money. They went next to another mill not far away and also robbed it. For these crimes, Bartholomäe N. was given the death sentence. He was hanged. Includes a moralistic treatment of the case in verse.
